We’re on the lookout for both clinical and non-clinical professionals who thrive in a collaborative culture, enjoy challenging, dynamic work environments, and want to be a part of a forward-thinking social enterprise dedicated to constantly improving our standard of care.

Clinical Staff and Sessional Clinicians

NEMS was originally formed to provide out-of-hours relief to GP Practices that are in high demand, and this remains a primary function of our organisation.  Our clinicians are at the core of everything we do and are responsible for delivering the high level of care and expertise that our patients have come to expect.

We have a dedicated team of clinical staff and sessional clinicians with solid clinical  knowledge and expertise. Whether in a patient-facing or when assessing patients remotely, our clinical team is essential to making sure our services are delivered with efficiency, care, and professionalism.

If you’re interested in working at NEMS as part of our clinical team, please review our current vacancies using the links above, or contact nemsl.peoplerecruitment@nhs.net if you would like more information. We can offer flexible shift opportunities 24/7 across our various sites.

If you would like to work for NEMS as a sessional GP, please contact our Rota team on nemsl.peoplerecruitment@nhs.net.

Operational and Support Staff

Behind all our urgent primary care and out of hours consultations, NEMS is dependent on a team of reliable and dedicated operational and support staff who make our service tick. From ‘head office’ administrative roles to public-facing work that ensures our patients have a positive experience, our operational and support staff are the foundation that makes all our work possible.
